As a general rule, payments made for services offered by Delhi Digital Services are non-refundable once the application or service request has been submitted for processing.

Service fees paid to Delhi Digital Services are generally non-refundable after the customer submits the application and the processing of the requested service has started.

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued if a customer changes their mind after submitting the application or purchasing the service.

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances after review by Delhi Digital Services.

Technical Error

If a technical error on our platform directly prevents the service request from being processed, the matter may be reviewed.

Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, the refund may be processed within 5–7 business days depending on the payment method and banking process.

✉ Cancellation Process

Cancellation or refund related requests must be submitted to Delhi Digital Services support. Each request will be reviewed individually based on the current status of the application.

Delhi Digital Services shall not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including government portal downtime, technical outages, natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.
